Black Friday/Cyber Monday Terms and Conditions

 Promotional Period

  • Dates: November 26 - December 3, 2024
  • Timing: Begins and ends at midnight (MST).
  • Right to Amend: Miura Golf LP reserves the right to adjust these dates as necessary.

Giveaway Eligibility and Prizes

  • Eligibility: Customers who spend $2,000 or more during the promotional period automatically qualify to receive:
    • Free Custom Miura Headcover (limited quantities, while supplies last)
    • Entry into Additional Giveaway Prize (AS-1 Deluxe Package):
      • 1 Stock AS-1 Iron Set (3-PW, 8 clubs)
      • 1 Miura VLS Special Edition Stand Bag
      • 1 Hanko Stamp Putter Headcover
    • Multiple Entries: For every $2,000 spent, customers receive 1 entry into the prize giveaway. Additional entries accumulate with increased spending (e.g., $4,000 qualifies for 2 entries).

Flash Sales
Flash sales will be active for 24 hours at a time during the promotional period. Discounts apply only to primary items, such as iron heads and wedge heads; components like shafts, grips, and ferrules are excluded.

Modifications
During this sale period, modifications to your order cannot be made after (1) business day of purchase.

Discount Codes

  • Inactive Codes: New customer discount codes and other discount codes previously advertised through Miura marketing channels will not be eligible for use during this promotional period.

Liability and General Conditions
Miura Golf LP is not responsible for prize unavailability. The company is not liable for lost, delayed, incomplete, or invalid entries. Liability is limited to the prize’s cost price, and Miura Golf LP is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential losses. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

Additional Terms
Miura Golf LP reserves the right to cancel, modify, terminate, or suspend the promotion or these terms if unforeseen circumstances arise.

These terms govern participation in Miura Golf LP's Black Friday/Cyber Monday event and are subject to applicable laws.

Golf Clubs

Miura Golf does not accept returns for any golf clubs. This includes any shafts, grips, ferrules, and/or club specifications modified from their original designation. Canceled orders will incur a 30% restocking fee if requested more than 72 hours after the initial order was placed. Please reach out to the email listed below if you have any questions or if you received custom products that are damaged, defective, or inaccurate.

Apparel and Accessories

Miura Golf is committed to your complete satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. We will provide a return label via email for returns and exchanges. Please note that all bag returns will need to provide their own return labels unless you are requested an exchange. All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Please note that personalized accessories are non-returnable.

To request a return label, click here and select “Return Label” as the request type. All international customers are responsible for their own return labels.

Please allow 10 days for us to process your return. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of approval, and you'll be notified by email. We refund the merchandise total but not shipping costs. Refunds are given in the original payment form.
