Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Custom-Built Golf Clubs
Miura Golf does not accept returns for any custom-built golf clubs. This includes any shafts, grips, ferrules, and/or club specifications modified from their original designation. Canceled orders will incur a 30% restocking fee if requested more than 72 hours after the initial order was placed. Please reach out to the email listed below if you have any questions or if you received custom products that are damaged, defective, or inaccurate.
Apparel and Accessories
Miura Golf is committed to your complete satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. We will provide a return label via email for returns and exchanges. Please note that all bag returns will need to provide their own return labels unless you are requested an exchange. All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Please note that personalized accessories are non-returnable.
To request a return label, click here and select “Return Label” as the request type. All international customers are responsible for their own return labels.
Please allow 10 days for us to process your return. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of approval, and you'll be notified by email. We refund the merchandise total but not shipping costs. Refunds are given in the original payment form.
