Construction and Design

The CB-302 features the longest blade length and widest sole Miura has produced in a cavity-back iron. This wider sole improves turf interaction and helps maintain launch and ball speed on off-center strikes without creating a bulky appearance at address.

Moderate offset inspires confidence while preserving shot control, and Miura’s Y-Grind geometry—combined with camber and edge relief—allows the club to perform effectively across varying swing types and turf conditions.

Performance Characteristics

Designed for golfers seeking forgiveness without sacrificing forged feel, the CB-302 delivers increased launch, stability, and consistency compared to traditional players irons.

The cavity-back construction enhances performance on mishits while maintaining responsive feedback at impact. Precision forging and tight head-weight tolerances ensure uniform performance throughout the set, contributing to predictable distances and improved dispersion.

Finish Options: Chrome and Black QPQ

Available in Satin Chrome and Black QPQ finishes, each offering a distinct aesthetic while maintaining identical performance standards. Satin Chrome provides a classic, clean appearance with excellent durability and corrosion resistance. Black QPQ is a multi-stage heat and chemical treatment that embeds the finish into the surface layer of the steel rather than applying a coating, resulting in a low-glare look that will naturally wear in high-impact areas over time. To preserve Miura’s signature feel and sound, QPQ heads are manufactured lighter prior to finishing, ensuring consistent weight, feedback, and performance compared to chrome-finished irons.

The Result

The Miura CB-302 delivers a balanced combination of forgiveness, consistency, and forged feel without compromising traditional shaping or performance. Its cavity-back design, refined sole geometry, and precise forging create an iron that offers improved stability and launch while maintaining the feedback and control Miura is known for.

Available in both Satin Chrome and Black QPQ finishes, the CB-302 provides dependable performance with a refined aesthetic suited to a wide range of players.
