Miura x Sentinel Shoe Bag

1733 is a detail-driven design and manufacturing studio based in Chicago. Our collaboration delivers a material-focused take on the classic shoe bag. Built using triple-layer construction, it begins with Teijin’s ultralight UHMWPE TechnoForce Steel, followed by a cotton batting mid-layer, and is lined with a durable 400D Packcloth interior. The bag is finished with a two-way YKK AquaGuard zipper, mil-spec nylon webbing, and hand-tied 275 paracord zipper pulls.

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fabric is known for its remarkable lightness and strength. This high-density woven material provides exceptional tear resistance, tensile strength, and abrasion resistance. Its water-repellent nature ensures it remains lightweight even when wet. Over time, the fabric softens naturally, and wrinkles gradually diminish with use.
