Douglas B. Buchanan

Mr. Buchanan is located in Vancouver, British Columbia and is the President, a director and one of the major shareholders of Miura Golf Inc., which he helped found with Katsuhiro Miura in 1994. He is a lawyer by profession practising commercial and finance law as a partner in the international law firm of Davis LLP.
Mr. Buchanan is designated Queen's Counsel (British Columbia), is listed in 2008 LEXPERT, an American Lawyer Media publication,
as one of the top 500 lawyers in Canada and is listed in the National Post "Best Lawyers in Canada" in three different practice areas. He is a director of a Japanese automobile company's Canadian subsidiary, a Canadian chartered bank and Canadian insurance company and is the corporate secretary for the British Columbia Lions of the Canadian Football League. Prior to entering law Mr. Buchanan had a career as a hockey player
at the college, professional and international levels including playing professional hockey in
Japan and playing in Canada's Olympic hockey program in 1979-80.

Mr. Holowaty is located in Vancouver,
British Columbia and manages
Miura Golf's
general operations.
He is a graduate of the University of
British Columbia with a degree
in Economics. Mr. Holowaty
had a distinguished hockey career, twice attaining All
Canadian
honors in recognition of his outstanding playing career at the University
of
British Columbia. Bill went on to play professional hockey in Japan for period
of time.
He worked for a number of years in the service industry with a major Japanese
corporation and as a result has a comprehensive knowledge of the Japanese culture
and language.
Prior to joining Miura Golf Mr. Holowaty managed the operations of a
retail automotive business, winning a number of industry awards and developing
extensive retail experience. Mr. Holowaty travels frequently to Japan and spends
significant time with Mr. Miura at his factory in Himeji.
